Weifang Zhengfeng Auto Parts Co.,Ltd located in Yanghe industrial Park of Qingzhou City, Shandong province with an area of 35000m2, was establishing in March of 2011 with initial registered capital of 5million RMB and total investment of 210 million RMB belonging to high and new technology enterprise of manufacturing and trading. Now we have achieved the annual output of 3million sets of brakes pads, 25million pieces of backing plates for brake pads, 1million sets of brake shoes,3million pieces of backing plates for brake shoes and 3million pieces of brake discs and brake drums involving more than 800models at home and abroad. We now have three registered trademarks:Zhengfeng, Chiyuan and Aiboke.We design the tooling and make the production for all these products based on the OEM drawings.We now have four advanced formulations : low metallic, semi-metallic, low-metallic with copper and ceramic formulations .The performance of all these products is up to and even beyond the requirements of GB5763-2008 and at the same time in accordance with the standards of JISD4411,TL-110 and SAEJ66. We also passed the Vehicle Brake Inertia Test under the Link standard.We are equipped with advanced casting and machining line for gray iron and ductile iron products in accordance with standards of GB/T9439-1988,GB/T7216-1987,GB/T1348-1988,GB/T9441-1988,GB/T6414-1999 and GB1720-79. We have got the certification of TS16949:2009 and fully practice the TS16949 in all the departments like R&D, production and management and all the technical files of each process, and therefore the product quality could be guaranteed.We would show our clients what is Made in Zhengfeng.We not only supply products for car makers and aftermarket at home, but also export to Europe, USA, Middle East, Malaysia,South Africa,Korea and so on.
